Privacy Notice

1. Who we are

This notice covers the AEVERIS marketing website (this site). AEVERIS designs sovereign, dual-use unmanned undersea systems under the NER•AEON and ONDAIQ identities. For any question about this notice or how we handle information, contact us at contact@aeveris.ro.

2. The short version

• This site sets no cookies.
• We store nothing in your browser — no localStorage, no cookies, nothing.
• We run no analytics, no advertising and no third-party trackers.
• We do not sell or share data with third parties.
• Our hosting provider, Vercel, automatically keeps standard technical server logs — this is normal for any website and is explained in Section 5.

3. Cookies

This site does not use cookies of any kind — no session cookies, no analytics cookies, no advertising or retargeting cookies. Because we don't set cookies, there's no cookie banner: there's nothing to ask your consent for.

4. Local storage

This site does not store anything in your browser. There is no localStorage, no cookies, and no language switch — nothing is saved on your device between visits, and nothing is transmitted to us, to Vercel, or to anyone else on that basis.

5. Hosting and server logs (Vercel)

This site is hosted on Vercel Inc. Like effectively every web server on the internet, Vercel's infrastructure automatically records standard technical request logs when your browser loads a page — things like your IP address, browser/user agent string, the page requested, and the timestamp. We don't add any extra tracking on top of this; it's the baseline logging that keeps any website running, secure and debuggable.

Vercel processes these logs on the basis of legitimate interest (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)) — specifically, to operate, secure and troubleshoot the hosting infrastructure and to guard against abuse. We do not use these logs for marketing, profiling or analytics, and we don't have visibility into individual log entries for that purpose. 6. Third parties

The only third party involved in running this site is Vercel, acting purely as our hosting infrastructure (Section 5). We do not use analytics platforms, advertising networks, social media widgets, or any other third-party service that would receive data about your visit. No data from this site is sold, rented, or shared for marketing purposes.

7. International transfers

Vercel operates infrastructure globally, so the technical server logs described in Section 5 may be processed outside your country, including in the United States, using the safeguards Vercel describes in its own privacy policy (linked above). We ourselves do not transfer any personal data internationally, because we don't collect any beyond what's described in this notice.

8. Your rights under GDPR

If you're in the EU/EEA or UK, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability and to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. In practice, since this site doesn't collect personal data beyond the anonymous hosting logs described above, most of these requests will have nothing to act on — but if you have any concern, email us at contact@aeveris.ro and we'll respond.

9. Changes to this notice

If how this site handles data ever changes, we'll update this page and the "last updated" date at the top.
